All sales are final and non-refundable , unless otherwise decided by management.

Basic warranty

All our PCs include a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and normal hardware failures.

Component warranty

Some components (motherboard, processor, graphics card, power supply, etc.) are directly covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which can last up to 5 years depending on the product.

What the warranty covers

• Hardware defects.

• Problems related to the initial assembly.

What the warranty does not cover

• Accidental, liquid, or improper damage.

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs carried out by a third party.

Warranty limitations

Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product covered by the warranty. Under no circumstances will we be liable for data loss, business interruptions, or any indirect, consequential, or intangible damages, regardless of the cause.
