Final Sale

All sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise decided by management.

Basic Warranty

All our PCs include a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and normal hardware failures.

Component Warranty

Some components (motherboard, processor, graphics card, power supply, etc.) are directly covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which can be up to 5 years depending on the product.

What the Warranty Covers

Hardware defects.

Issues related to initial assembly.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Accidental, liquid, or improper use damage.

Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by a third party.

Warranty Limit

Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product covered by the warranty. In no event shall we be liable for data loss, business interruptions, or any indirect, consequential, or intangible damages, regardless of the cause.

Contact us at info@novainformatique.ca with your order number and a description of the problem. We will inform you of the procedure to follow.
